The Procurement Manager is responsible for the management of the construction contract bidding process for multiple procurement methods such as design-bid-build, design-build, and best value contracting. This position will also manage CIP professional design service (consultant) procurements for DPW, and provide leadership and assistance to other Departments who have similar procurements.
