LIBRARIAN III, ADULT SERVICES-CENTRAL SANTA ROSA LIBRARY
40 HOURS PER WEEK – FULL TIME
We are seeking a customer service driven library professional with excellent communication skills for our Central Santa Rosa Library. The ideal candidate will have strong outreach, technical, and training skills and be willing to work in a sometimes fast-paced and often vibrant “all ages” environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Named one of America’s best small libraries in 2015, the Mill Valley Library is recruiting for an Adult Services Supervising Librarian. Candidate will report directly to the City Librarian, oversee the Division’s personnel, programming, and services, and help implement large-scale initiatives.
The Adult Services Supervising Librarian will:
The Sustainability Division seeks a bright, technically-competent individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide customer service to residents and contractors, and assist with various administrative and analytical tasks. Candidates should have an interest in and some knowledge of environmental issues.

Salary Range (5 steps): Monthly: $6,572 - $8,216

Under general supervision, plans, organizes and provides comprehensive and technical professional staff assistance related to registration, marketing, publicity and community outreach efforts for the District, in accordance with District policies and procedures.
