ABOUT THE POSITION
The Administrative Technician is a journey-level paraprofessional, reporting to the Public Works Maintenance Division Managers. This position performs a variety of technical and paraprofessional duties in support of contract, budget, and administrative functions within established policy and procedural guidelines. This position also performs general clerical and administrative support duties such as supply ordering, coordination of special events, training, programs or projects, invoice processing, and other duties.
