Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor, the Recreation Coordinator – Aquatics manages the City’s aquatics programming which includes swim lessons, lap swim, water-walking, fitness classes, etc. This position also supervises all lifeguards, teachers, aides, and instructors and provides key assistance to the Recreation Supervisor on all related matters.
SENIOR RECREATION LEADER
Seasonal (June to August 2019)
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor/coordinator, the Senior Recreation Leader is responsible for implementing programs at a given site, including administering program curriculum and supervising program staff. This is an at-will, intermittent, part-time, hourly wage position without City-paid benefits. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
The Program Coordinator - Facilities will assist with the timely processing of rental applications and the smooth operation of facility rentals. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, marketing prowess, and event management expertise. Please note: this position requires a Saturday through Monday work schedule.
