This position will be a key contributor in the management, strategic planning, and administrative oversight of programs which support the development and coordination of homeless and social services in the community. The incumbent will independently perform the most difficult and responsible analytical, financial, systems, statistical, management, and other administrative analyses duties in providing highly responsible staff support in assigned program areas.

SEASONAL SUMMER PROGRAMS
The Redwood City Police Department is seeking a qualified candidate to a fill a position in our summer internship program. This internship will be project based. The intern may be tasked to complete research and data analysis in areas such as data driven policing, homelessness and quality of life issues. The intern may also be assigned to assist with the department’s social media program.
The City of Redwood City Community Development Department is seeking a value-driven team player to fill the position of Management Analyst Intern. Through mentorship and under general supervision, the Management Analyst Intern will assist in coordinating and managing specific projects to completion. The Management Analyst Intern will have an opportunity to interact with a variety of city staff, and will be assigned on-going assignments to help develop skills in public policy, public administration, project management, and/or public engagement.
Redwood City’s Public Works Services Department desires a motivated management analyst intern to assist the department with various projects throughout the summer. The Public Works Services Department provides a wide range of services to Redwood City residents. Our services vary from utility services (water, sewer, solid waste) to environmental programs (water conservation, energy efficiency) and right-of way services (LED streetlights, traffic signs).
