Summary Description
Under direction of the Deputy Finance Director and Director of Finance or higher level manager, this position supervises, assigns, reviews, and participates in the work of staff responsible for performing a variety of customer service and clerical accounting duties in support of the City’s utility billing, business license, revenue receipting, accounts receivable and cashiering functions and program areas; handles the most intense and complex customer service situations and requests; coordinates and monitors the receipt of all City revenue, ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
