As the designated Section Manager, you will be responsible for a section, program, or functional area within the Welfare to Work Services Division. This position entails making decisions that impact the daily operations and implementation of procedures and policies established within the related units or sections of the organization. Solving problems requires analyzing issues resulting in deviations from regular processes, new technology, and/or additional resources required.

In this role the Specialty Project Manager is responsible for managing specialized programming in the Office of Community Partnerships within the Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS). This position is responsible for planning, designing, and implementation of programming for LGBTQ+ and Disability communities. Will work closely with key stakeholders in programming and process improvement of an integrated system of care for San Francisco.
Under general supervision, leads and performs a variety of preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of water pollution control plant, sewage pumping facilities, and equipment; maintains accurate maintenance records; orders and maintains an inventory of supplies, parts, and other frequently used items; and performs related duties as assigned.
