The Medical Assistant will assist licensed medical staff by providing client services that include basic administrative, clerical, or medical support services for mentally ill and emotionally disturbed clients in an outpatient clinical setting. The Procurement Manager is responsible for the management of the construction contract bidding process for multiple procurement methods such as design-bid-build, design-build, and best value contracting. This position will also manage CIP professional design service (consultant) procurements for DPW, and provide leadership and assistance to other Departments who have similar procurements.
This position is responsible for performing transactional paralegal duties requiring both sound judgment and good technical skills. These duties may include, but are not limited to, drafting, reviewing and editing a variety of contracts, resolutions and ordinances, involvement in the City Council agenda process, coordination with City or other government departments or agencies, and responding to public record act requests. The skill level of this position places strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, collaboration, and strong analytical skills.
