The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Program Manager classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
The Environmental Services Department (ESD) is currently seeking to fill multiple Wastewater Attendant (WWA) positions at the San José - Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility (RWF). The Facility is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Assignments may be made to any shift in an around-the clock operation. The WWAs must also be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
The Milpitas Police Department is a full service department, with 110 employees (86 sworn). The department provides public safety to 71,000 residents in a 14.5 square mile urban area. A wide variety of services include a SWAT Team, K-9 Unit, Crime Prevention Unit, Detective Bureau, and Traffic Safety Unit. Most officers work a 4-10 plan.
The salary range for this position is $85,529.60 - $109,532.80.
