The City of Sunnyvale is seeking a Housing Programs Technician to join the Housing Division of the Community Development Department. Under direction of the Affordable Housing Manager, the Housing Programs Technician assists in the coordination and implementation of various Affordable Housing Programs as well as performs administrative duties for the Division. Duties may include conducting homeowner and rental program audits, reviewing affordable housing applications and preparing various regulatory documents.

You will enjoy:
Provide customer service related to Central Park / Lake Elizabeth boating operations in an efficient and courteous manner. Supervise activities on lake and surrounding areas. Respond to visitor concerns, operate a cash register, provide correct change, handle credit card transactions, maintain a clean and well-equipped worksite. Works well as part of a team in a fun, fast-paced outdoor environment. Employees are expected to work weekends and holidays.
