THE POSITIONS
The City of Livermore is currently accepting applications to fill one (1) Mechanic vacancy and one (1) Senior Mechanic vacancy in the Fleet Services Section of the Maintenance Division.
Mechanics at all levels perform maintenance and repair services on heavy/light City vehicles/equipment, such as fire trucks, automobiles, construction equipment, street sweepers, lawn mowers, stationary generators; and perform other duties as assigned.
Temporary Maintenance Worker – Parks & Roadsides
Salary: $20.00/hour
DEFINITION
Perform a variety of general maintenance services for parks and roadsides and other areas as assigned within the Town.
- This is a part-time temporary, non-benefitted position.
- Flexible schedule up to 29 hours per week, which may include weekend work; not to exceed 950 hours per calendar year. The schedule for this position would be Friday through Monday.
