Midpen is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance and improvements of buildings and facilities for the staff and public.

Facilities Technician is an experienced journey-level classification in the Facilities Technician series in which incumbents work under general supervision, performing a full range of assigned duties, including the operation and maintenance of a wide variety of commonly used equipment and tools necessary for building-related repairs and maintenance. DEFINITION: Under supervision, drives the City’s 7-15 passenger van(s) and provides responsible, safe transport for senior citizens and the physically disabled. Schedule may include evenings, holidays and weekends; work schedule will not exceed 28 hours per week.

The Crossing Guard position is a temporary position, approximately five hours per day, two (2) hours in the morning and three (2) hours in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. Crossing Guards work a school year (September through June). Applicants must be able to work outdoors, have reliable transportation or ability to report to assignment consistently.
