The City of Thousand Oaks is hiring a part-time Mailroom Services Worker (Hourly City Worker) to perform a variety of mailing and printing services for the City. The Mailroom Services Worker will sort, distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with in house printing and reprographics, typically Monday through Thursday from 8am-12pm. This position will require local travel from City Hall to other City facilities and the local post office.
The City of Thousand Oaks is currently accepting applications to fill several part-time, hourly positions in the Library Services Department. The position will require working at both the Grant R. Brimhall and Newbury Park Branch locations.
Library Pages are typically scheduled to work 15 hours per week, which can include morning, evening or weekend hours. This hourly, at-will position will not exceed 1,000 hours per fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th).

The City of Thousand Oaks is in search of an Assistant/Associate Transit Planner for the City’s award-winning public transit program. The Assistant/Associate Transit Planner will be responsible for a range of duties in support of transit operations, including planning, implementing, overseeing, and coordinating key transit programs and initiatives, coordination with contracting agencies, other City divisions, vendors, and the general public. Experience in public transit agency, preferably in a contract operation environment, is desirable.
