The Property Manager I/II position is in the Finance and Administration Division at San José Mineta International Airport and reports to a Senior Property Manager in one of three groups including Airlines, Concessions, or Commercial Properties. This position has overall responsibility for day-to-day property management of Airport tenants, including airlines, concessionaires, airline support companies, rental cars, Fixed Base Operators and non-aeronautical commercial properties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Negotiates the terms and conditions of leases, permits, and other agreements with tenants and lessees of such properties as terminal facilities and service outlets relating to auto rental, lands, and buildings.
- Implements retail merchandising programs for all terminal space at the Airport, including market research activities, product surveys, feasibility studies, and market testing
-Develops and implements marketing and promotional material for concession tenants

-Periodically inspects all leased and rented Airport property to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
- Answers inquiries from the public and interested parties regarding the leasing and rental of Airport properties; disseminates information as required.

The final candidate's qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in this classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay, which is included in the range below.

The Property Manager I salary range is $84,084.00 - $102,276.72 annually.

The City of Marysville is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Human Resources Manager, Assistant to the City Manager and City Clerk; this recruitment will fill 1 vacancy and create an eligible list.  

This recruitment will encompass three (3) different positions with the City of Marysville (Human Resources Manager (HR), Assistant to the City Manager (ACM) and City Clerk (CC); due to this caveat this classification specification will list duties and responsibilities for the three (3) positions.
The Human Resource Manager will conduct, lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. ACM - To perform a variety of administrative and managerial responsibilities in the conduct and management of the activities of preparing City Council agendas, minutes, and Council packets, as well as responding to Public Records request and maintaining all official City records. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Boulder Creek, CA. The Director of Finance supervises, oversees and manages the activities and operations of the Finance Department including financial reporting, general accounting, purchasing, warehousing and inventory control; budget preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, debt administration, revenue management, administration of invested funds and performs other related duties as required.

The Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) is seeking an experienced leader who will lead, manage, organize, plan and oversee the staff and activities of the Agency’s Innovation and Impact team including developing housing policy, program design, implementation and evaluation. We're seeking an Industrial Hygienist to join our Safety & Health team at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). In this position, you'll handle challenging industrial hygiene tasks related to hazardous materials and other health and environmental risks at the Airport. You'll independently conduct regular monitoring of chemical, biological, and physical agents, while also serving as a technical expert and consultant in implementing occupational safety and health regulations. Your responsibilities include assessing industrial hygiene data concerning public health matters, designing and delivering occupational health and safety training sessions, responding to and assessing hazardous materials incidents, conducting ergonomic assessments, and fulfilling any other related duties as needed.

Essential Duties: 

• Serves as a technical advisor to departmental management and other personnel in identifying, containing, and regulating the use and storage of hazardous materials; in developing and implementing inspection practices and procedures.
• Investigates and evaluates health and safety hazards and coordinates remedial action with representatives from various City and County departments, other agencies, businesses, and the public; conducts surveys of potentially hazardous workplace operations, including monitoring for physical, biological, and chemical agents, evaluating results, recommending corrective actions and preparing reports.

Experience:

License and Certification:

Possession of a valid driver's license; if not a California driver's license ability to obtain a California Driver’s License within 45 days of hire.

Substitution:

As an Accounting Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department, understanding the intricacies of government accounting, and making a positive impact on our community.

The Accounting intern performs routine and/or general assistance tasks with variable difficulty. This assignment is to work within the finance department. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to network with professionals in local government and to observe firsthand the efforts of the City to resolve complex issues of policy and governance.

THE POSITION

Under supervision of the Public Works Manager, the Maintenance Worker I performs entry level unskilled, semi-skilled, or skilled labor in construction, maintenance, and related service activities applied to the areas of general landscaping, grounds maintenance and street maintenance.

 TYPICAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grounds Maintenance:  Operate mowers and other equipment and tools for purposes of cutting grass, trimming trees and shrubs, and planting and transplanting flowers, bulbs, shrubs, and trees.
• Storm Prevention Maintenance:  Assist in cleaning ditches, culverts, and storm drains.
• Street Maintenance: Assist in repainting of pavement markings, basic pothole, and street repair; installation and repair of street signs and markers; mixing and application of Class III pesticide materials.
• Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance:  Assist in the care, maintenance and cleaning of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• General:  Contact residents concerning maintenance and service problems; refer complaints and requests to proper supervisory personnel. Assist supervisory personnel in preparing and maintaining proper records and logs. Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, other City employees and the public using principles of good customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

The general knowledge of basic construction methods, materials and terminology, standard hand tools, light equipment, and light vehicles; general knowledge of basic safety precautions and practices necessary in working with hand tools, light equipment, and vehicles; general knowledge of basic methods and practices involved in the care of shrubs, trees and flowers. Ability to learn technically complex construction and maintenance procedures in water systems, streets, parks and building maintenance; use hand and power tools; perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time under inclement weather conditions; work alone or with small groups.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Possession of a valid California driver's license and ability to maintain a satisfactory driving history.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Completion of high school or its equivalent, or completion of a trade or vocational school.  Some directly related experience is desirable.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary: $4,855 to $6,269 per month. Placement within the range will be based upon the selected candidate’s experience and salary history.
• Health/Medical Benefit: Health/Medical Benefit: Choice of coverage with Kaiser or Blue Shield. The City pays 80% of monthly premiums at each coverage level. In lieu of medical coverage, the City will contribute $400 (employee only coverage) or $500 (employee + 1 coverage) or $600 (family coverage) in cash or a pre-tax contribution into a MissionSquare Retirement 457 deferred compensation plan.
• Dental Coverage: City-paid dental plan for employee and eligible dependents.
• Vision Care: City-paid vision plan for employee and eligible dependents.
• Retirement: CalPERS enrollment in either 2%@60 (Classic Member) or 2%@62 (PEPRA New Member)
• MissionSquare Deferred Compensation & Roth IRA Plans: Voluntary plans available to all employees
• Retirement Health Savings Program: City contributes $100/month.
• Life Insurance: City provided life insurance coverage ($50,000 coverage).
• Long Term Disability: City-paid long-term disability coverage.
• Medicare: Employees contribute 1.45% to Medicare with employer match.
• Section 125 Plan: Dependent care and out-of-pocket medical costs may be paid on a pre-tax basis.
• Holidays: City recognizes 14 paid holidays per year.
• Sick Leave:  Earned at the rate of one day per month.
• Vacation: Earned at the rate of 12 days per year, increasing with service years.
• Personal Leave: One day per year to take off as a personal leave day.
• Protective Apparel Allowance: up to $400 per year.

 SELECTION

At least thirty (30) of the most highly qualified applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be subjected to a written test.  You will be notified of your scheduled testing time and location. Those passing the written test will be invited to an oral interview.  Applicants must receive at least 70% total score on the written exam and oral interview to be placed on the eligibility list.
