Lifeguard / Instructor's Aide (20703479)
The Woodland Community Services Department is seeking applications for part-time Lifeguard / Instructor's Aide positions. Under general supervision, Lifeguards will provide a safe environment for all aquatic programs, help prevent loss of life or injury to patrons, and perform related maintenance duties as needed. Some evening and weekend hours are required, and mandatory pre-season in-service training sessions will take place in June.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lifeguard / Instructor (20703478)
Under general supervision, the Lifeguard provides a safe environment for all aquatic programs. The Lifeguard prevents loss of life or injury to patrons and regularly performs related maintenance duties. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Mandatory pre-season in-service training sessions will be held in June.

Overview:
Pool Manager (20703480)
Under the direct supervision of the Aquatic Supervisor and Aquatic Coordinator, the Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing pool activities and staff and managing the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program. This position involves assigning work schedules to the staff. Some evening and weekend hours will be required. Additionally, training, pre-season preparation, and post-season evaluations will require extra time. Mandatory pre-season manager training and all staff in-service training sessions will be conducted before the season begins.
