The City of Marysville is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Public Works Director; this recruitment will fill 1 vacancy and create an eligible list.
Reporting directly to the City Manager, this position is responsible for executive direction, strategic leadership, and management of the Public Works Department, including City maintenance workers and capital improvement projects.
This is one of newer programs within the Marysville Fire Department. The Marysville Fire Department is hiring continuously for three (3) Seasonal Firefighters.
For this position, each hour worked will be paid at $16.50, that will be paid monthly in accordance with the City of Marysville's established pay schedule, with a maximum of 960 hours per appointment.
Upon successful completion of POST Academy, the position becomes a full-time probationary Police Officer position.
The Position, under administrative direction, oversees the activities of the Health and Human Services Health and Wellness Division which includes Behavioral health, Substance use disorder and Public Health. Assures compliance of department activities with department goals and objectives, state and federal laws, and county policies and procedures; and performs related duties as assigned.
