THE POSITION

Tri-City Mental Health Authority is currently hiring to fill two (2) full-time vacancies for the position of Clinical Therapist II within the Mobile Crisis Care Program (MCCP). 

Tri-City’s MCCP operates 24/7 to provide crucial support in mobile crises. As such, the schedule will involve a 3/12 shift pattern, consisting of three twelve-hour days per workweek and one alternating eight-hour day every other week. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, daytime hours, and holidays.

The specific shift and schedule will be determined by the supervisor; however, the first month of training will follow a 5-day-per-week, 40-hour-per-week schedule

Examples of shifts are included below:

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, or 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Weekend and night shifts will be entitled to Shift Differential Pay of $2.50 per hour on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and $3.50 per hour on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Holiday shifts will be entitled to Holiday Pay.

Tri-City is looking for individuals to serve as Clinical Therapist II on a full-time basis for the MCCP. The MCCP Clinical Therapist II will be part of a team that provides crisis intervention and stabilization, linkage and referral, consultation, and education within the scope of practice. The MCCP Clinical Therapist II will report to the Mobile Crisis Care Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Program Manager.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Respond to client’s (Full-Service Partnership and Adult and Children’s Outpatient Programs and other specialty mental health services) crisis calls with or without law enforcement;
   

• Perform field-based and telephone emergency mental health evaluations and crisis stabilization in accordance with agency procedure;
   

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals, groups, and families;
   

• Identify treatment needs and make appropriate referrals for necessary services;
   

• Assist clients and relatives with understanding behavioral health problems and their reaction to them;
   

• Work on a multidisciplinary team for crisis response.

• Completion of 60 college semester units or AA/AS degree: 2.5% of base salary

• Completion of 120 college semester units or BA/BS degree: 2.5% of base salary

-Bilingual Pay: 5% of base salary

-Officer in Charge/Field Training Officer/Investigator/School Resource Officer: 5% of base salary

Total estimated potential incentive pay: 20%

Base Salary range with all incentives: $118,046.50 - $158,193.60

Additional Incentive Pay:

Uniform Allowance: $1,200 per Fiscal Year

THE POSITION

The Police Captain reports to the Chief of Police and serves as the Department’s second-in-command. Receiving general direction from the Chief, the Captain is responsible for exercising direct supervision over sworn and non-sworn management, supervisory, technical, and administrative support staff through subordinate levels of management and supervision. The Captain’s direct reports are a Lieutenant, a Detective Sergeant, and a Dispatch/Records Supervisor. The City of Patterson’s Public Works Department is seeking one (1) full-time Water Operator I, II, or III position.   Duties include, but are not limited:  inspecting and repairing water meters and water service lines; monitoring and recording meter readings of water consumption levels; testing backflow protection devices and performing related adjustments as needed; collecting and transporting water samples for lab analysis; conducting bacteriological testing and monitoring chlorine levels; coordinating and monitoring construction and improvement projects; inventory and ordering parts; programing pump stations.

THE POSITION

Tri-City is now actively recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor I or II for the School Based Services Program within the Child & Family Clinic. The Clinical Supervisor I/II position will report to the Clinical Program Manager and will supervise Clinical Therapists.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Program Manager to provide appropriate staff placement based on the clinical needs of the patients and ensure delivery of quality patient care; monitor, maintain, and adjust staffing levels according to unit productivity and staffing goals; participate in data collection for unit based on quality assurance indicators

• Provide guidance to subordinates on Agency philosophy, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures through casework conferences, staff meetings, and work review; assist and participate in the development and coordination of in-service training and staff development programs.

• Coordinate, supervise, and direct the clinical, operational and program activities, inclusive of unit personnel, on a day-to-day basis to meet unit objectives.

• Provide direct services to clients under appropriate scope of practice.

• Make or review decisions on difficult client assessment and casework matters; supervise the timely and accurate submission of activity logs of assigned staff; and review caseload and task/needs reports for accuracy and timely changes.

•  Analyze existing caseloads and forecast resource needs.
