• Salary range: $121,230.00 - $155,772.00 annually with Excellent Benefits

                       MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

• Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences or a related field.

Experience:

• Four years of responsible wastewater treatment plant operations experience including one year of administrative and/or lead supervisory experience. One year of experience with Biological Nutrient Removal system is desirable.          

License or Certificate: 

• Possession of Water Quality Control Operator Grade V certificate.

                                  POSITION DETAILS:

• Salary range: $31.69 - $40.45 hourly 
  • 3% Cost of Living adjustment increase effective 7/13/26
    • Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range.
    • Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience.
• Temporary, Full-Time position (Estimated duration: 3-4 months) 
• Work schedule: 9/80 with alternating Monday or Friday off 

                             MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Education/Training:

• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade preferably supplemented by legal secretarial courses.

Experience:

• Four years of increasingly responsible legal secretarial experience.

                                        IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:  

• Experience in legal secretarial work with strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formats

• Highly accurate and detail‑oriented when preparing and reviewing legal documents

• Skilled in organizing case files, managing records, and maintaining efficient filing systems

• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information confidentially

• Strong communicator with polished writing skills and a professional demeanor

• Proficient with office software and comfortable navigating legal research tools

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
