THE POSITION

Tri-City is actively recruiting to fill a vacancy for Clinical Supervisor I/II within the Adult/Older Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) Program.

• Supervise, train, evaluate, and participate in the selection of subordinate clinical and administrative staff, student interns, Mental Health Specialists, and Mental Health Workers; initiate and participate in personnel actions in accordance with Agency HR practices.
   

• Provide or arrange clinical supervision for licensed and unlicensed staff.
   

• Analyze caseloads, forecast resource needs, and review reports for accuracy and timely adjustments.
   

• Ensure compliance with mandated documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements to maintain efficient and effective unit operations.
   

• Assist in the development and coordination of in-service training and staff development programs.
   

• May be required to transport clients using personal or Agency vehicles.

THE POSITION

Tri-City is now actively recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor I or II for the School Based Services Program within the Child & Family Clinic. The Clinical Supervisor I/II position will report to the Clinical Program Manager and will supervise Clinical Therapists.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Program Manager to provide appropriate staff placement based on the clinical needs of the patients and ensure delivery of quality patient care; monitor, maintain, and adjust staffing levels according to unit productivity and staffing goals; participate in data collection for unit based on quality assurance indicators

• Provide guidance to subordinates on Agency philosophy, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures through casework conferences, staff meetings, and work review; assist and participate in the development and coordination of in-service training and staff development programs.

• Coordinate, supervise, and direct the clinical, operational and program activities, inclusive of unit personnel, on a day-to-day basis to meet unit objectives.

• Provide direct services to clients under appropriate scope of practice.

• Make or review decisions on difficult client assessment and casework matters; supervise the timely and accurate submission of activity logs of assigned staff; and review caseload and task/needs reports for accuracy and timely changes.

The Yuba County Sheriff’s Department is currently accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for the classification of Correctional Officer.  Under continuing supervision incumbents perform a wide variety of support in two areas: corrections, in which incumbents ensure the security, safety and care of individuals in custody; and bailiff, in which incumbents ensure the safety and security of the courts and their personnel during court proceedings; and perform related work as assigned. Incumbents may be assigned to either County Jail security or Court security. 

About the Sheriff’s Department :

The Yuba County Sheriff's Department is responsible for the administration of the Yuba County Jail and Jail staff. The Mission of the Yuba County Jail is to provide safe, efficient, humane and secure custody of all persons incarcerated. The county prisoner population is made up of those who are sentenced to county jail, those serving state prison sentences in the county jail under AB109, and those who are pre-trial and who have not yet been sentenced. The jail provides a necessary link in the criminal justice system. There are numerous programs operating within the facility including medical, kitchen, exercise, commissary, visiting, law library, inmate education, work programs, work furlough program, and inmate classification.

THE POSITION

Tri-City Mental Health Authority is currently hiring to fill two (2) full-time vacancies for the position of Clinical Therapist II within the Mobile Crisis Care Program (MCCP). 

Tri-City’s MCCP operates 24/7 to provide crucial support in mobile crises. As such, the schedule will involve a 3/12 shift pattern, consisting of three twelve-hour days per workweek and one alternating eight-hour day every other week. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, daytime hours, and holidays.

The specific shift and schedule will be determined by the supervisor; however, the first month of training will follow a 5-day-per-week, 40-hour-per-week schedule

Examples of shifts are included below:

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, or 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Weekend and night shifts will be entitled to Shift Differential Pay of $2.50 per hour on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and $3.50 per hour on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Holiday shifts will be entitled to Holiday Pay.

Tri-City is looking for individuals to serve as Clinical Therapist II on a full-time basis for the MCCP. The MCCP Clinical Therapist II will be part of a team that provides crisis intervention and stabilization, linkage and referral, consultation, and education within the scope of practice. The MCCP Clinical Therapist II will report to the Mobile Crisis Care Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Program Manager.

This position is responsible for a variety of ongoing responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Respond to client’s (Full-Service Partnership and Adult and Children’s Outpatient Programs and other specialty mental health services) crisis calls with or without law enforcement;
   

• Perform field-based and telephone emergency mental health evaluations and crisis stabilization in accordance with agency procedure;
   

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals, groups, and families;
   

• Identify treatment needs and make appropriate referrals for necessary services;
   

• Assist clients and relatives with understanding behavioral health problems and their reaction to them;
   

• Work on a multidisciplinary team for crisis response.

These positions are located on the Tri-County Youth Rehabilitation Campus which falls under the Juvenile Institutions Division of the Yuba County Probation Department.  The primary responsibilities of this flexibly staffed position are to: provide care, custody, supervision, and control of youth housed in the secured detention facilities while they are pending legal action or serving a post adjudication commitment; ensure and sustain a safe and secure environment for youth; and coordinate counseling and behavior modification activities associated with the operation of the facilities.

Our Campus provides youth detention services to the communities of Yuba, Sutter, and Colusa Counties as well as several contract counties through our Camp Singer program.  We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, and includes the Tri-County Juvenile Hall, Secure Housing Unit, and Maxine Singer Youth Guidance Center (Camp Singer), under a Joint Powers Agreement between the three counties. Our Department is the administrative agency responsible for the management and daily operation of the facility. Be part of something new. Tri-City Mental Health Authority is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a newly established position under California’s AB 890 Section 103. This autonomous role offers a unique opportunity to shape integrated, equitable mental health care for our community.

Currently, this position is designated to work a 5/40 schedule, Monday - Friday during normal business hours (8AM - 5PM).  Specific shift start and end times for this position may vary depending on the need of the department and agreement with supervisor.

THE POSITION

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive psychiatric and mental health services, including independent prescribing, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and leadership within a collaborative care team. This position serves individuals and families with complex mental health needs, helping reduce barriers to care through culturally responsive, trauma-informed practice.  This position will report to the Medical Director or a Supervising/Lead Psychiatrist.

Key Responsibilities/Examples of Essential Duties*:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using DSM criteria.

• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications independently.

• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy and psychoeducation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to ensure client-centered care.

• Document services in compliance with HIPAA and HITECH standards.

The position, under administrative direction, oversees the activities of the Health and Human Services Health and Wellness Division which includes Behavioral health, Substance Use Disorder and Public Health. The City of Marysville is seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Public Works Director; this recruitment will fill 1 vacancy and create an eligible list.  

Reporting directly to the City Manager, this position is responsible for executive direction, strategic leadership, and management of the Public Works Department, including City maintenance workers and capital improvement projects.

Education and Certification

Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar major.

Licenses: Possess valid California Class C Driver’s License.

Experience

Incumbents must have a minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience directly involving municipal services such as public works, public utilities, capital improvement project management, parks maintenance and management, and/or street and facilities maintenance.

The County of Yuba is recruiting for the position of Social Worker III/III Master’s Level in the Child and Adult Protective Services Division of the Health & Human Services Department in an effort to establish an eligibility list for future vacancies. Under general supervision, incumbents are fully competent to independently perform the most complex and sensitive social services case work by providing a variety of services to County residents; identify, access and document abuse and neglect cases; provide counseling and support services to children and parents; refer clients to services; prepare detailed, complex court documents and testify in court as required; and perform related work as assigned. The work may be related to a specific program area or to more general social service benefit provision.
