Glenn County is seeking a Human Resources (Personnel) Analyst I/II to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, leave administration, benefits, recruitment, and more. This is a hands­-on, generalist role offering broad exposure to HR operations and the opportunity to make a direct impact on County employees and services. The official job class title for this position is currently the Personnel Analyst I/II. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•    Assisting with employee benefits and health plan administration, employee inquiries, enrollment support, and new employee orientation
•    Supporting leave administration processes and maintaining confidential personnel records and documentation
•    Preparing, proofreading, and coordinating reports, agendas, contracts, correspondence, notices, and other professional documents
•    Responding to employee and department inquiries and assisting in interpreting policies, procedures, and personnel-related requirements

The Senior Manager of Human Resources leads the organization’s HR function, managing the daily activities of the Manager, HR and partnering with senior leadership to build a compliant, high-performing, and engaging workplace. Reporting to the Director of Operations, with close collaboration with the CEO, this role oversees talent strategy, employee relations, HR policies, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development for our team of ~65-70 employees in a hybrid work environment. Silicon Valley Clean Energy Open Positions - Senior Manager of Human Resources 

The Van Driver, Senior position is located at Health and Human Services Agency. This position operates a light vehicle to transport clients to and from designated locations within the county. The Senior Van Driver will prioritize and coordinate client transportation. This position is scheduled for up to twenty five (25) hours per week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate and drive a light motor vehicle to pick up and deliver clients and children to a designated location within the county or various sites out of Glenn County. 
• Oversee the scheduling of clients’ transportation, coordinate, and assign clients’ transportation to van drivers. 
• May include on-call for driving after hours and on weekend crisis calls, both in and out of Glenn County.
• Adhere to time and transportation schedules to ensure clients are able to meet their scheduled appointments.
• Pick up and deliver paperwork, charts, equipment, materials, and supplies at various locations as assigned.
• May use assigned vehicle to move clients’ belongings from one location to another as directed.
• Check oil, gas, tires, etc. of assigned vehicle regularly to ensure safety and good mechanical condition.

The salary range listed above reflects the full compensation potential for this position. However, initial salary placement will typically be at the front end of the range and will not exceed 97% of the range maximum. Placement within the range will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. Progression through the range may occur over time, subject to continued service, good performance evaluations, and the City’s administrative policies.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The City is recruiting for a full-time Housing and Community Services Manager (HCSM) to advance and strengthen the City’s efforts in affordable housing production and preservation, homelessness response, tenant protections, and coordination of supportive services for vulnerable community members. Since the creation of the Housing and Community Services Division, it has become a key part of the City’s strategy to address city-wide housing challenges. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on housing accessibility, homelessness response, and community well-being in Gilroy. 

Under the general direction of the Community Development Director, the HCSM will plan, direct, and oversee the operations and programs of the Housing and Community Services Division and provide leadership and oversight of the development and administration of housing programs and grant-funded initiatives that support long-term housing affordability and stability for residents, including unhoused and at-risk populations. Working collaboratively with public agencies, nonprofit organizations, regional partners, and community stakeholders, the HCSM will help implement innovative housing solutions and advance strategic initiatives aligned with City goals and community priorities.

This position is an exempt, mid-management level position that must exercise competent discretion and judgement in the performance of duties and interactions with others. This position will be included with the Gilroy Management Association employee group.
