• Experience in group instruction and one-on-one training is highly desirable. 

Knowledge and Skills: 

This position requires a knowledge of general fitness principles, exercise techniques, and wellness practices, instructing and motivating individuals or groups in a fitness setting, excellent communication to provide clear instruction and positive feedback and assessing client needs and creating individualized fitness programs. The Foster City Police Department is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as an Police Dispatcher. Selection Process

Education and Experience
Education: A Master’s degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program required.

Successful public contact experience in a library setting; knowledge of automated systems; basic library reference materials including on-line databases and the Internet; reference interview and research methods; and knowledge of library systems.

The outpatient clinician will provide specialty outpatient mental health services to adults living in the Northern regions of San Mateo County. The target population are adults 18 years of age and older presenting with a serious mental illness and severe functional impairments. Principal duties will include assessment and diagnosis, care coordination, case management, group and individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention and rehabilitation services. The Clinician will provide treatment in an outpatient clinic setting.

The Department

THE POSITION:

Under general supervision, receives and transmits routine and emergency telephone and radio traffic; dispatches and coordinates police, fire, public works, and other municipal staff and equipment via multifrequency two-way radio; maintains and processes a variety of communications reports, records, and radio logs; and does related work as required.
