DEFINITION
Responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities related to municipal traffic operations within the Town of Danville. Perform a variety of professional and technical level traffic and transportation engineering tasks, including traffic system planning, design and operation, and traffic control systems.

The Position
DEFINITION
Performs a variety of advanced technical and specialized accounting duties in the preparation, maintenance, and processing of accounting records and financial transactions. Analyzes accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined by federal, local, and state regulations as well as the Finance department. Trains and provides technical advice to lower-level accounting personnel, and performs related work as required. Works with a high degree of independence in performing accounting and financial activities.
Temporary Maintenance Worker – Parks & Roadsides
Salary: $20.00/hour
DEFINITION
Perform a variety of general maintenance services for parks and roadsides and other areas as assigned within the Town.
- This is a part-time temporary, non-benefitted position.
- Flexible schedule up to 29 hours per week, which may include weekend work; not to exceed 950 hours per calendar year.
- The schedule for this position would be Monday-Thursday.
