P.O.S.T. Certificate Pay (3% Public Safety Dispatcher)
Bilingual Pay (2.5% Conversational, 5% Full, 10% Expert)
Additional Specialty Pays:
**NEW** Vacation Accrual/Advancement: Newly hired Enhance Lateral Police Officers may, at the discretion of the City Manager and based on justification provided by the appointing department, receive a one-time advancement of up to 40 hours of vacation leave.
