Position and Duties
The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Senior Executive Analyst classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay. The salary range for the Senior Executive Analyst classification is $94,224.88 – 143,942.32.00 and with the 5% non-pensionable pay, the salary range is $98,936.13 - $151,139.44.

The Silliman Family Aquatic Center Lifeguard Academy is for those seeking employment with the City of Newark. This program is a beginner-level course that covers Lifeguard Training, Water Park Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Administering Emergency Oxygen, Swim Lesson Instruction, and center-specific training.
