The department is seeking to fill two (2) full-time Power Resources Specialist I/II positions. The positions will support the Risk Management, Contracts and Administrative Services Division (1 position) and Account Management and Marketing Division (1 position).
Position and Duties:
The Senior Executive Analyst (SEA) position will work out of the City Manager’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) located at 855 N. San Pedro Street, San Jose.
This SEA position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Prepares and monitors the OEM budget; prepares revenue estimates and forecasts; establishes fees and charges; prepares and monitors operating budgets, grants, contracts, and other financial transactions.
