The Information Technology Department is seeking a Usability and Accessibility Senior Analyst to be part of the City’s two-year program to expand San José 311 feature development, customer experience, and geographic equity. The Senior Analyst will lead and perform usability and accessibility work on digital service delivery analysis and/or improvement. This position will play a key role in ensuring new services are developed in a way that bridges access, language, and ease of use barriers experienced disproportionately by underserved portions of our community.
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Senior Engineer classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.

Effective 7/1/2020, the pay range for this classification is $96,470.50 to $122,137.60.
