The City of Dixon is recruiting to fill three (3) temporary, part-time positions to oversee the City's seasonal youth basketball program. The Sports Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the Youth Basketball program, ranging from development, program content, scheduling, supplies, instruction, and implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in the implementation of recreation and community service program goals, objectives, policies and priorities.
The City of Dixon Invites Applications for RECREATION LEADER for Youth Basketball Temporary/Seasonal approx. 15-20 hr/wk - (No Medical Benefits)
THE POSITION: Performs a variety of duties to insure that the City of Dixon's recreational activities such as playground program, day camp, and special events are enjoyable and safe for participants. Conducts games, arts & crafts, and recreational activities; assists with the planning of activities; ensures that facilities and equipment are safe for use; performs related and other work as required.
PROGRAM LEADER (Youth Services/Kids’ Night Out Program)
Salary Range: $12.00 to 14.06/hour (DOE)
Part-time temporary, non-benefitted position; 10 hours per month in Kids’ Night Out Program and Bi-monthly Friday night availability (6-11 pm) required (not-to-exceed 950 hours per fiscal year).
Part-time, Temporary/Seasonal (no more than 20 hours per week)
The Parks & Community Services Department has immediate Facility Attendant I position(s) to fill in the Senior Center. The workweek schedule is generally 10-20 hours per week.
Under general supervision, oversees the proper use of a community recreational facility; performs a variety of tasks; and assists the public and staff in their use of the facility.
The City of Patterson is currently recruiting to fill two (2) part-time vacancies for Maintenance Worker I with the Recreation & Community Services Department and to establish an Eligibility List.
Duties include, but are not limited to: under supervision, to learn to perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor duties involving the construction, maintenance, and repair of parks, pools, recreation facilities, and buildings.
