This is a full-time DISPATCHER II LATERAL OPPORTUNITY for those EXPERIENCED in PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCH (911). ONLY those with PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCH experience need apply. This is a continuous recruitment and applicants are added to the employment list as they meet the hiring criteria.

The Foster City Police Department is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as an Entry Level or Lateral Police Fire Dispatcher.
Under general supervision, receives police and emergency calls and dispatches police units following prescribed procedures; answers non-emergency calls for public safety and other City departments; performs a variety of general administrative support duties including record keeping, typing, and filing; and performs related work as required.
PART-TIME RECREATION LEADER II/III
Recreation Division – Adaptive Program
Program hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from approximately 2:30 pm – 5:15 pm; additional evening and weekend hours as needed.
Level II - $16.97/hour - Level III - $18.04 – $21.24/hour
