Description

                                   POSITION DETAILS:

  • Temporary position 
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Salary range: $21.63- $27.61 hourly

                            MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Education/Training: 

  • Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by specialized training in accounting, customer service, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • Two years of increasingly responsible customer service and clerical accounting experience.

                                    IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Familiar with cash handling practices
  • Knowledge and skills necessary to operate a cash register
  • Clerical accounting experience in the areas of billing, collections, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team setting
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
