POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-time regular position
- 9/80 work schedule with alternating Friday off
- Salary Range from $7,127.47 to $9,136.40 monthly with Excellent Benefits
- 3% Cost of Living Adjustment increase effective 7/3/26
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training:
- Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Three years of increasingly responsible professional analytical and administrative experience related to assigned area.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and practical problem‑solving abilities. Specifically, the ideal candidate will:
Have a background that includes complex analytical work, with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.
Be able to translate and communicate state and federal program requirements into clear, actionable solutions that staff and stakeholders can easily understand.
Demonstrate experience in research methods, grant and financial management, and the preparation of accurate reports, staff documents, forms, and program records.
Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, the public, and external partners, while diplomatically de‑escalating challenging situations.
Exhibit strong time‑management and prioritization skills, ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time—even when additional hours, evenings, or weekends are required.
- Show a willingness to engage in field work such as site visits, inspections, and contractor walk‑throughs. Experience with construction coordination, bidding processes, appraisals, or building‑related documentation is highly desirable.
