Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Accountant is responsible for performing technical accounting work of moderate difficulty requiring comprehensive knowledge of the municipal financial functions, government fund accounting, enterprise fund accounting, and automated accounting system.
Salary: $5,506 - $6,626 per month**Salary includes a 3% COLA increase effective 07/01/19

The Sonoma County Library is seeking a customer service oriented individual with solid communication, team building, and problem solving skills to serve as an Accountant in its Budget and Finance department.
The City of San Jose Finance Department is seeking one Financial Analyst for the Investment Program. The Investment Program employs a total of four staff and manages a fixed-income portfolio of $1.6 billion. The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Investment Program and responsible for the routine program operation. Under general direction from the Principal Investment Officer, the Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the investment program including duties such as:
Administrative Technician (FLSA Non-Exempt) – This is the entry level role in the administrative service department.
Receives general supervision from the Finance Manager and the Administrative Services Director, and may receive functional or technical supervision from other higher-level department staff.
The employee will process accounting transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, and journal entries.
