Provide customer service related to Central Park / Lake Elizabeth boating operations in an efficient and courteous manner. Supervise activities on lake and surrounding areas. Respond to visitor concerns, operate a cash register, provide correct change, handle credit card transactions, maintain a clean and well-equipped worksite. The Recreation Leader I/II reports to the Recreation Coordinator, and in the absence of a Recreation Coordinator, may report to Recreation Leader III. The position is responsible for: planning, organizing, and leading a variety of recreation activities. Typical activities include but are not limited to the following: environmental education, arts, crafts, sports, games, contests and special events for a particular group of participants.

The Department of Library and Community Services, Community Services Division is seeking a qualified individual to provide temporary administrative/cash handling support at the Baylands Park Gatehouse.
Essential Job Functions:(May include, but are not limited to, the following)
- Collect vehicle entry fee at Baylands Park Gatehouse.
- Sell, log and distribute Season Passes.
- Perform general housekeeping inside gatehouse.
- Reconcile and prepare deposit at end of each day
- General customer service.
