This position plans and coordinates a variety of health and human services agency programs that provide effective services to Glenn County clients; and provides supervision for lower level clinical, administrative and clerical staff, housing rehabilitation/energy workers and performs related duties as assigned. The Program Coordinator has responsibility for directing and organizing a health and human service program(s), and for providing supervision over assigned staff.
The Fiscal Analyst I/II position at the Glenn County Community Action Department, performs varied and complex professional accounting and financial analysis work relating to various grants and programs; fiscal and contract management; fiscal program analysis and compliance; prepares analytical, narrative, statistical, accounting and financial reports; develops and monitors budgets; prepares financial statements and reports, and related duties as assigned. Fiscal Analyst I is the entry-level classification in the series; incumbents in this class work under supervision.
This position performs a variety of assigned minor repairs, maintenance, and technical support within the Health and Human Services Agency and Community Action Department. The Staff Services and Support Technician I is the entry level position. This class is distinguished from Staff Services and Support Technician II in the performance of the more routine tasks and duties assigned to position within the series. As experience is acquired, the employee performs under less immediate supervision. This position is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week.
