The Department
The Community Services Department plays a key role in enhancing the community and ensuring the citizens of Fremont receive excellent customer service through the management of recreation facilities, quality recreation and environmental programs, and park planning.
The Position
The Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest quality of guest service to all visitors. The Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties and assist at various City facilities, as assigned. In addition, the Coordinator will monitor facility rentals and support the special events. This is potentially a year around part time position.

Recreation Leaders will assist in the implementation and planning of a wide variety of arts and crafts, sports, games, special events, and excursions. This role involves teaching fundamentals of various sports, coaching, refereeing and scorekeeping for our youth and adult sports programs.
The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority is recruiting for an Administrative
Assistant to provide general supportive and administrative assistance to the Chief of
Developed Resources and other Developed Resources Division personnel, who
manage a variety of projects. The Administrative Assistant will perform general clerical
work in an office setting, including communicating with public visitors and callers, for a
person at entry-level.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Wildfire Resilience Coordinator will manage projects related to the overall MRCA efforts regarding wildfire resilience, including tracking and analyzing existing funding sources related to wildfire preparedness and response, supporting staff project as defined by the early action wildfire resilience plan, coordinating with other MRCA and SMMC staff members working on wildfire related projects and programs, preparing and documenting further regional needs.
Program Assistant - Receptionist
Salary Range: $18.52 - $30.68/hour, depending on experience.
DEFINITION
Perform a wide variety of general clerical and/ or operational support duties at the Danville Community Center and/ or Senior Center. Incumbent serves as the facility receptionist, assisting with customer service-related questions and issues, and directing callers and visitors according to established procedures.
